All of the products that you see in our site are in stock and waiting to be shipped. However if by chance it happens that an item is out of stock we will notify the customer and will offer the customer the opportunity to substitute the item for another item in stock, remove it from the order, or place the order temporarily on hold until the item is in stock again. If a costumer chooses to remove the out of stock item from the order, a refund will be issued for the item including the difference in the shipping cost. If that is still unsatisfactory, we will then offer a full refund for the order.

8. How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day and shipped on the next business day. Delivery usually takes 4-7 business by Express Mail. This shipping method is insured and has an online tracking number.
